I had the good fortune to work for someone willing to teach and share their knowledge about the building construction industry. The company I worked for at this time was Complete Builders. Here, I assumed the duties of Information technology administrator, job-site safety coordinator, production assistant and office manager. The years I spent working for this company allowed me to gain valuable knowledge and experience about home building and the construction industry in general. To this day, I feel a sense of pride, knowing that I was an integral part of this company.
Prior to establishing Keytop Inspections I worked as a home inspector apprentice for over 2 years. I was able to take part in more than 1500 inspections and successfully complete over 4500 total work hours. To learn how the many pieces come together to give you a comprehensive view of a buildings condition is an amazing process.
Overall, I have spent approximately 25 years working hands on within a variety of trades in the building construction industry. I have acquired a diverse set of skills and gained a wide perspective. This unique background has proven to be invaluable in my business. It gives me a comprehensive knowledge base to draw from while inspecting. I also enjoy the process of helping buyers understand the systems and condition of their home.
To work alongside of and learn from so many talented people was a privilege and an honor. I am thankful for the trust and belief everyone had in me as well as being extremely grateful for all their help and generosity. I would not be where I am today if it were not for them.
When I am not conducting home inspections or researching the subject, I fully enjoy creating lasting memories with the love of my life and our two dogs.
